The Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Cancer MDT Coordinator to join their Cancer Services team in East Grinstead. This vital role involves tracking and managing patients on suspected cancer pathways, updating cancer database records, and facilitating communication between clinical and non-clinical staff within the multidisciplinary team. The coordinator will monitor the Cancer Patient Target List daily to ensure compliance with waiting time standards and will proactively inform the Assistant Cancer Manager about potential breaches.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, collaborate effectively across departments, and possess a solid understanding of NHS performance targets. Responsibilities include tracking patients' care pathways, investigating any delays, and ensuring that relevant data is collected and reported in accordance with national and local requirements, while maintaining an awareness of external NHS guidance.
