Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) is seeking a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join its PICU and Community Forensic team within the Adult Inpatient and Urgent Care division. The ideal candidate will be committed to advancing general adult psychiatry, providing compassionate care, and delivering a comprehensive range of psychiatric treatments. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams during ward rounds, developing individual care plans, engaging in clinical leadership, and contributing to service strategy and training initiatives. Flexibility in work patterns, including job share or part-time options, is welcomed, with travel across the county a requirement.
