The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and innovative Specialist Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) for a band 5-6 progression post within the Specialist Learning Disability Service in Stevenage. This role offers an opportunity to work as part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team across various settings throughout Hertfordshire. The position is designed to support candidates needing more experience before advancing to a band 6 post and includes potential training in dysphagia for the right individual. Flexible working options, including part-time roles, are encouraged.

The successful candidate will perform specialist assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing communication difficulties and dysphagia, collaborating closely with professionals from Psychiatry, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Arts Therapies, Physiotherapy, and Social Care.
