The Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medicine Use & Quality Manager to lead the Medication Safety team, Governance, and Medicine Information services within its expanding pharmacy department. The role, which carries a Band 8b salary of £62,215 - £72,293 per annum, involves developing and delivering a formulary service, overseeing medicines management compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance medication safety and quality of care for patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about high-quality patient care, capable of managing policies and procedures, and will engage in education and development initiatives for pharmacy staff.
