The trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join the Pharmacy Stores team in York Hospital. Key responsibilities include receiving, processing, and delivering medicines and IV fluids, along with stock management tasks such as checking, storing, and participating in stock-takes. Attention to detail is vital for ensuring the proper storage and handling of medications. The role also involves general housekeeping duties such as managing queries, processing waste, and supporting the pharmacy's efficient operations.

While previous pharmacy experience is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided, and the successful candidate will be required to complete an NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy services. A proactive and flexible attitude is essential.
