The role of "Team Administrator" with Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Ripon involves joining the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), which provides urgent mental health services to adults aged 18-65 in the Harrogate and Ripon area. The position requires a conscientious and dynamic administrator to support hospital staff in an open-plan office environment.

Key responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as managing communications (emails, calls, post), scheduling meetings, minute-taking, and document preparation. The successful candidate will also serve as a point of contact for service users and their families, providing compassionate support and promoting a positive image of the mental health service.

Candidates should have prior administrative experience, a strong customer service background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. NHS experience is not necessary, but a passion for helping others is essential.

The position is for 30 hours per week, with a start time around 8:15 am, although flexible hours may be considered.
