The University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time, fixed-term Patient Pathway Coordinator to join their Cellular Pathology team. This role involves facilitating the patient journey by coordinating administrative processes tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient service within a busy department. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving sample-related issues, utilizing various software packages, liaising with staff for routine and complex situations, and preparing patient-sensitive documentation.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in a histopathology or cytology department and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred.
