Litcham Health Centre is seeking a Dispenser to join their busy dispensary team in Litcham, offering both part-time and full-time positions. The role involves assisting in prescription preparation, stock checking, and potentially covering for holidays or absences, including some duties related to delivery (though a driving license is not required). We are looking for a Dispenser to assist in the running of our busy dispensary in Litcham. This position is for either a part time or a full time role (this will be discussed and negotiated at the interview)
The successful candidate will be expected to cover for holidays and absence and this may include covering for our delivery driver (although driving licence won't be essential).
The ideal candidate will be qualified to a level 2/3. Although this is not essential and full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has initiative, flair and is keen to learn a new role or utilise their existing skills. You will be a warm and friendly face for the many patients who visit the dispensary on a daily basis.
We dispense approximately 14000 items per month including MDS cards and use the Emis Web Clinical System.
