ALCOHOL MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS PENSION SOCIAL WORK
The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Mental Health Practitioners (Band 6 AFC) for a new Mental Health Liaison Service at the Skegness Urgent Treatment Centre, funded for an initial six-month pilot with potential for extension based on its success. Applicants should be qualified Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers with a minimum of two years' experience, particularly in older adult mental health, crisis intervention, and urgent care pathways. The role involves working shifts from 8am to 10pm across seven days a week, conducting Bio-Psychosocial Assessments, contributing to a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality care and risk management.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, personal qualities for effective patient care, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture within the service.
