The Resourcing Coordinator will manage and refine frontline staffing rotas to meet organizational needs while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Rota Management and Coordination: Populate and refine staffing rotas, communicate changes, and monitor for adequate coverage while proactively identifying and addressing gaps.

  2. Leave Management: Act as the main contact for staff leave requests, coordinating approvals and tracking different types of leave to maintain staffing levels.

  3. Absence Reporting: Serve as the first point of contact for reporting absences, ensuring timely recording, conducting return-to-work interviews, and compiling reports to identify trends.
