The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for their Dermatology team at Chapel Allerton Hospital. The successful candidate will manage the administrative and clerical staff involved in delivering clinical services, ensuring efficient patient administration and access services. They will work closely with the management team to implement service developments, manage access targets, and improve departmental systems to enhance patient pathways. The role requires strong interpersonal communication, the ability to manage and motivate staff, and knowledge of NHS patient administration processes to meet the Trust's policies and standards.
