Practice Plus Group provide the Out of Hours (OOH) service across Warwickshire. The OOH service is an appointment based service that is accessed via the national NHS 111 service. Patients are assessed via the 111 team and if its clinically appropriate, they will get referred on to our OOH service. This will lead to either a face-to-face appointment in one of our primary care centres, or a home visit by one of our clinicians.
Within this job you'll be responsible for:
To provide
Administration support
for the
Warwickshire Out of Hours
Team and co-ordinate and
support
the links and interface between
Primary Care
and the
Out of hours
service to ensure a
seamless delivery
out of hours care. This includes Rota Administration duties, assisting in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance with designed rotas. You will also assist in the assurance, collation and production of staff compliancy reports and ensure all general office duties are completed.
