The role of a School Health Practitioner (RN) at Your Healthcare CIC in Surbiton involves promoting health and wellbeing among school-aged children and their families while addressing health inequalities. The practitioner will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative health services in schools and community settings, focusing on public health and safeguarding.
