The West London NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Gen Med Rehabilitation team at Clayponds Hospital. This role involves managing a clinical caseload while actively participating in a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) alongside physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients on Jasmin and Magnolia wards, focusing on rehabilitation until they can safely return to their preferred discharge locations.

The position requires the Occupational Therapist to assess, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for patients with varied and complex conditions, while also offering support and supervision to junior staff and students. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development of the service delivery model to effectively utilize resources and meet service demands, ensuring alignment with the objectives of Ealing Community Partners and compliance with national guidelines.
