The Clinical Team Leader for Neurodevelopmental Services at Evolve Psychology Services in Exeter is responsible for leading a dedicated team in conducting assessments for individuals suspected of Autism and ADHD. This full-time, hybrid role involves overseeing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring comprehensive assessments and prompt report writing while providing actionable recommendations. The Team Leader will maintain a clinical oversight of current cases, facilitate problem-solving regarding logistical challenges, and support the development of junior staff. With a focus on service improvement, the role includes chairing multidisciplinary discussions and identifying training needs while collaborating with senior leadership for continuous enhancement of clinic processes.

Candidates for this role should be HCPC registered practitioners, have experience in neurodevelopmental assessments, and possess knowledge of relevant diagnostic criteria and tools.
