The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organized and experienced Administrator for the Fracture Clinic within the Trauma & Orthopaedics department. This role requires effective communication and adaptability to manage elective waiting lists, schedule surgeries, and facilitate a seamless patient journey from referrals to theatre. The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring adherence to clinical policies and targets, managing capacity and utilisation of resources, and actively participating in initiatives such as the Patient Agreed Booking Programme and Electronic Patient Record project.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and strategic planning, as well as the ability to supervise junior staff. Responsibilities also include monitoring waiting lists, managing cancelled operations in compliance with policies, and collaborating with clinical teams to optimize theatre schedules. The role demands responsiveness to unexpected changes while maintaining compliance with government standards to support efficient patient care and service delivery.
