The Frimley Academy Project Support Co-ordinator role at NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board in Aldershot seeks an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join a dynamic and compassionate team. Established in 2018, the Frimley Academy focuses on building inclusive leadership and fostering systemic change within the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System. Key responsibilities include providing project management and administrative support for leadership development initiatives, promoting effective data use, and enhancing network growth among leaders. The role emphasises the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion, with the aim of nurturing leadership potential and improving health outcomes through collaborative efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to facilitate teamwork, and a commitment to innovation. They will report and analyze information to support the Academy's objectives while working closely with program managers to develop impactful leadership programs and expand the Frimley Leadership Network, ultimately aiming to tackle health inequalities across the community.
