The Band 5 Neurosciences Bed & Operational Flow Coordinator role at Queen's Hospital within the Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is designed for an enthusiastic individual eager to develop their operational management skills in a fast-paced environment. A key responsibility of this role is to maintain clear communication between the Neurosciences Department and senior management regarding bed capacity and demand. The successful candidate will represent the senior team at bed management meetings, report daily on bed availability, and facilitate collaboration with discharge coordinators and external providers to enhance the discharge process.
