The role of Medical and Team Secretary at Livewell Southwest in Plymouth involves providing vital secretarial and administrative support to the Psychiatric Liaison Service based at Derriford Hospital. Working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and potential shifts of up to 12 hours, the successful candidate will support mental health consultants and clinicians in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate electronic records, managing team diaries, coordinating patient activities, and ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals while upholding confidentiality standards.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of complex medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
