Join our dedicated team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant Psychiatrist, where your expertise will make a real difference in the lives of our patients on the Norman ward at Green Parks House, Princess Royal University Hospital in Kent. This role not only offers you the chance to provide high-quality care to 18 acute inpatients but also places you at the heart of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You'll lead as the Responsible Clinician, guiding a team that values compassion and excellence, while ensuring that the voices of families and carers are integral to patient care and discharge planning.
