Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Assistant for the North Cumbria West Community Treatment Team. In this role, the successful candidate will assist in delivering high-quality community mental health care, particularly focusing on the physical health pathway and supporting clinic sessions. Responsibilities include providing care for service users with varied mental health conditions under the guidance of registered practitioners, maintaining electronic health records, and contributing to multidisciplinary teamwork in delivering individualised care.

The position also involves running treatment clinics that include phlebotomy and physical health checks, while ensuring that care is compassionate and person-centred. Candidates will receive additional training and regular clinical supervision, enabling them to enhance their skills and effectively support a diverse range of service users.
