Key responsibilities include developing and executing the charity's strategic business plan, managing financial reporting and compliance, overseeing human resources, and enhancing internal communications. The Trust Director will also lead fundraising initiatives to secure sustainable income and ensure that the organisation's services meet health and safety regulations. To succeed, candidates should possess strategic leadership experience in a charity setting, strong communication and networking skills, and ideally have the qualifications to be the Nominated Individual for CQC Registration.
