Based in Pirton/HASU, you provide expertise and compassionate leadership in the delivery of high quality and safe patient-centre care and support an open culture of continuous learning for all.
As a Team Leader, you will ensure that patient care is of the highest possible standard and provide advice and support to all staff working in the area.
You will be responsible for the development, monitoring and auditing of standards for use in the clinical area.
Ensuring that care delivered in the clinical area is of the highest quality, supported by research and in accordance with local and national policies, procedures and Guidelines.
Working in collaboration with other key staff in the clinical group, maintain effective use of capacity and resources including timely and effective admission and discharge.
