ABL Health Ltd is seeking an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join their Children Looked After (CLA) service in Cheney Manor on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of post-registration counselling experience and will work under the direction of the Service Lead and Senior Practitioner. This role involves providing therapeutic interventions to children and young people, facilitating group work, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with child protection and safeguarding protocols.

Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills tailored to individual needs and be able to engage children and young people effectively. This position also requires a commitment to ethical practice in line with relevant professional standards, active membership in a recognized psychological therapy organisation, and engagement in continuous professional development. The role includes participation in supervision and offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within a diverse clinical team to enhance service delivery and innovation.
