The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for communicating effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, and service users, providing compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff, ensuring the delivery of occupational therapy student placements, supporting the completion of appraisals and personal development plans, and developing and implementing appropriate policies, protocols, and care pathways. The successful candidate will need an Occupational Therapy profession qualification, extensive and relevant post-qualification clinical experience, and highly specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models.
