Join our compassionate team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust as a Community Occupational Therapist in Kings Lynn! We are expanding our Intermediate Care team and looking for dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapists who are eager to make a real difference in the lives of patients. In this role, you'll provide tailored, evidence-based rehabilitation both in our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation beds and in patients' own homes, helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
