The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker for the Winchester district.
This role involves providing care to patients in their homes and at a wound clinic, within a supportive mixed professional team.
The position requires enthusiasm, with a commitment to developing skills in a generic competency framework.
Candidates should have, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 3, and must hold a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Community experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities include assisting registered practitioners in delivering nursing and rehabilitative care, performing various clinical tasks such as skin care, monitoring vital signs, and basic wound care.
