CASELOAD MENTAL HEALTH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY NHS NMC VEHICLE
Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner for its Community Mental Health Team in Selby, focusing on supporting older adults with mental health needs. Candidates should be NMC registered nurses with at least 18 months of post-qualifying experience and a strong interest in collaborative work with older adults, their families, and carers. The role involves managing a personal caseload, conducting assessments, coordinating care, and delivering interventions for individuals with a range of mental health complexities in a community setting.
