As part of this role, you will: Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service Be responsible for welcoming clients to our service Maintain and create record-keeping systems as required Be responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments, to input NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systems Support the service to meet local health and safety requirements Generate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information management Support the wider team with commitments, to include organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking meetings and events Be responsible for taking, transcribing and distributing formal minutes for meetings
