If yes, join the OPAL (Older Peoples Assessment and Liaison) and Integrated Assessment Team (IAT) at MFT to provide rapid assessment and support for patients within the hospital's acute medical units.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a multi-professional team, delivering specialized therapy interventions to older adults in acute areas, including the Emergency Department, Acute Medical Unit, and Clinical Decisions Unit. Collaborate with community therapy services to ensure smooth patient transitions and continuity of care.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, therapy assistants, and students, ensuring excellence in practice.
