The Market Harborough & Bosworth Partnership is seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Administrator to join their Coding Team at the Market Harborough Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, preferably in a GP setting, and will be responsible for managing incoming correspondence by triaging and categorizing documents based on urgency. Key responsibilities include coding clinical documents, processing emails, supporting recall systems like NHS Health Checks, and performing various administrative tasks assigned by doctors and team leaders.

The role demands excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
