Band 6: £42,939 to £50,697 a year per annum inclusive of HCAs  FIXED TERM 



To provide efficient and high quality scheduling, planning co-ordination and administrative support to the Multi-Disciplinary Meetings, consultants and their teams, to support patient pathways.

To capture a comprehensive set of summary notes, agreements and patient outcomes, to be communicated to all the MDT representatives.To work in close co-operation with staff and other health professionals to ensure a first class service.

To be a proactive active and supportive member of all five sites.
