The Breast Screening Admin Coordinator role at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust entails providing administrative and planning support to the Breast Screening department, particularly in managing the logistics for mobile units in West Berkshire. The position involves assisting the Breast Screening Administrative Services Manager to ensure effective service delivery, monitoring performance against targets, and maintaining both paper-based and electronic filing systems.

The coordinator will also be responsible for managing departmental databases and facilitating the prioritisation and delegation of administrative tasks within the team. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires interaction with various staff groups, including clinicians and external agencies, to foster collaborative relationships both within the multidisciplinary team and across the Trust.
