Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Health Visitor for its 0-19+ Service in the South Team, covering areas such as Sandbach, Alsager, Crewe, Nantwich, and Middlewich. The role involves providing high-quality health and care services to children and families, requiring strong communication and leadership skills. The Health Visitor will manage a caseload of families, deliver the Healthy Child Programme, and engage in various public health initiatives while collaborating with other agencies to ensure child safeguarding and support service development.
