NHS Property Services Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Operative with a plumbing bias for their Birmingham location, specifically at the Aston Pride Community Health Centre. The role, which offers a starting salary of £26,000 plus on-call allowance, involves maintaining and repairing building services across the NHS to ensure facilities are safe, secure, and up to standard. The position requires a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating, a driving license, and the ability to use technology for job logging.

Key responsibilities include delivering scheduled and reactive maintenance, conducting routine repairs in plumbing and other general building tasks, maintaining accurate site logbooks, and assisting with minor capital works.
