The North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and flexible Senior Occupational Therapist for a rotational Band 6 position. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment within integrated therapy services, rotating every nine months through various clinical areas, including Enhanced Recovery, Medical Specialties, an Admission Avoidance Team, Acute Medicine for Older People, and the Acute Stroke Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions, supporting junior staff and students, and actively participating as a member of the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include contributing to service developments, audits, and collaborating with health and social care professionals to ensure safe discharges and admission avoidance. The role involves participation in a seven-day working rota and the possibility of deputizing for the Team Leader when needed, promoting continuous professional development and support for the therapy team.
