Join our compassionate team at the Older Persons Mental Health Team in Portsmouth, where your expertise as a Community Mental Health Nurse can truly make a difference. We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic registered nurse, ideally with RMN qualifications and experience in caring for older adults facing mental health challenges. This role isn’t just about assessments and interventions—it’s about bringing warmth and understanding to the lives of our older patients and their families. You’ll work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored, patient-centred care that enhances wellbeing and encourages independence.

As a vital member of our friendly team, you’ll manage your own caseload while mentoring junior staff and students, fostering a culture of quality and improvement. We value women’s perspectives and experiences in care, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where your voice matters. Plus, we understand that flexibility is key; we’re happy to discuss flexible working arrangements that fit your lifestyle. If you’re ready to contribute to a service that prioritises compassion, professionalism, and safety, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s work together to transform lives—yours and those of the patients we care for.
