We are looking for a Team Manager who will form part of the leadership team. Team Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
As Team Manager you will be supported by Clinical Coordinators, Principal Psychologists as well as Psychiatry colleagues.
The Team Manager role will be part of the leadership Team for Cheshire CYP's service and reports to Deputy Head of Clinical Services.
We have 0.5 Band 7 posts available: 22.5 hours per week
Flexible / Hybrid working encouraged (face to face work & Virtual work)
The post will be based in our Macclesfield site.
To manage, lead and be accountable for the provision of high quality effective leadership and management of the team and ensure an optimum level of safe and effective patient care within budgetary resources.
Develop the team with a multidisciplinary approach and using developed managerial and leadership skills underpinned by quality improvement knowledge to promote excellent working practice, promoting the rights of service users in line with national and regional strategies.
