Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Support Worker for a full-time position (38.5 hours per week including days, nights, and weekends) at Cygnet Hospital Wyke in Yorkshire and Humber. The role involves delivering outstanding care to individuals, providing both physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Successful candidates will work closely with service users, families, and referrers to facilitate a smooth transition through the hospital's acute admissions services, particularly for men facing complex challenges and risks.
