The Estates Minor Works and Contracts Officer at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT will be responsible for managing and delivering minor works and building maintenance programs throughout the Trust. This includes overseeing project management from inception to completion, handling contractual arrangements and tendering processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The role will also involve commissioning professional services, preparing documentation, and maintaining financial control, as well as managing both in-house teams and external contractors.

In addition to these responsibilities, the officer will maintain approved lists of contractors and oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring all operations adhere to the Trust's financial instructions and departmental guidelines. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, providing coordinated support within the Estates and Development team.
