The York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Outpatient Services Administrator to join their friendly team in Scarborough. The role is dynamic and will require the ability to adapt to three main areas: a referral management center, busy reception desks for face-to-face patient interactions, and a call center for handling appointment inquiries. The administrator will ensure efficient patient appointment processing, maintain electronic worklists, manage patient communications, and provide overall support to enhance patient experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills, and be capable of working under pressure.

The position offers variable hours from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and the Trust is open to part-time or job share applications.
