Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Safeguarding Children & Young People, who possesses extensive experience in managing safeguarding cases. The ideal candidate should have acute hospital experience or transferable skills relevant to safeguarding initiatives. This role involves working across five sites, covering various specialties such as trauma services, accident and emergency departments, and inpatient pediatric services. The successful candidate will collaborate with a large integrated safeguarding team and will be responsible for triaging under-18 attendances, liaising with external agencies, delivering safeguarding training, and advocating for children in safeguarding meetings.

The position includes weekend work from 9 to 5, and the chosen individual will be mentored by the safeguarding team. The role allows for the development of clinical safeguarding expertise while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
