This is a temporary chef role at Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal produce and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to the residents while maintaining a good work-life balance.
As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences. You will help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes, and lead and motivate the kitchen team. The role offers a good work-life balance, with working days and alternate weekends, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
