The North Central London CAMHS Home Treatment Team is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join their dedicated team, providing essential mental health care to young people aged 13 to 18 in crisis. This role entails delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, assessments, and safety planning, while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and various external agencies. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, focusing on preventing hospital admissions and supporting safe discharges from inpatient units, while also maintaining flexible working hours to provide timely care.

Candidates should possess post-registration accredited skills and a passion for mental health support, with the ability to adapt to crisis situations. Responsibilities include clinical consultation, providing clear clinical perspectives during team discussions, and ensuring that high standards of care are upheld.
