The University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Specialist Rotational Pharmacist to join their friendly and esteemed pharmacy team. In this role, the pharmacist will rotate through various clinical areas, including women's and children's health, general medicine, intensive care, and cancer care, while also having the opportunity to work in areas such as medicines information, nutrition, and palliative care. Emphasizing patient-centered care, the pharmacist will work closely with clinical teams, contribute to ward rounds, and focus on optimizing medication use to ensure the best patient outcomes.

The position involves responsibilities such as providing clinical guidance, developing and reviewing pharmacy practices in alignment with national guidelines, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing development of pharmacy services. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities and be committed to personal development within a collaborative healthcare environment. The role requires GPhC registration and entails cross-site working between Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital, with flexibility in working arrangements available.
