The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a full-time PMO/Project Manager to join its Transformation directorate. This role is integral to the Project Management Office (PMO), which focuses on continuous improvement, corporate assurance, and governance to facilitate the effective delivery of prioritized projects across various divisions. The PMO Project Manager will engage with clinical, operational, financial, and strategic teams to support the development and execution of projects, ensuring they are backed by robust data and evidence, while also tracking benefits and providing accurate reporting to governance forums.

Candidates must have prior NHS PMO experience, advanced skills in MS Excel, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications. Key responsibilities include monitoring the delivery of programs, maintaining standardized governance and processes, reviewing project documentation, capturing lessons learned, and producing progress reports. The PMO aims to become a Centre of Excellence, enhancing financial sustainability and clinical quality within the Trust.
