Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join its expanding team within the Swansea LPMHSS. The role involves delivering high intensity psychological therapies, as per Matrics Cymru guidelines, to individuals experiencing moderate to severe and enduring mental health issues. The therapist will provide evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy (IPT), ensuring adherence to established protocols while working collaboratively with the team to facilitate effective transitions in care and promote a recovery-focused approach centered on the service user's needs.

The position also encourages informal visits for shortlisted candidates, and while the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, applicants proficient in English and/or Welsh are equally welcome.
