The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a Band 7 Specialist CAMHS Practitioner to join their North Warwickshire Specialist Mental Health Team in Nuneaton. This full-time role requires an experienced professional with substantial knowledge of children's mental health to manage a caseload of young individuals facing complex mental health issues. The practitioner will be responsible for conducting evidence-based assessments and providing therapeutic treatments, necessitating skills in areas such as Mental Health assessments, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

Ideal candidates will have a background in mental health-related fields like nursing, occupational therapy, or social work, along with a demonstrated passion for supporting children and young people. Experience in working with vulnerable groups, including those in care and an interest in neurodevelopmental issues, is desirable. Strong skills in providing holistic assessments and engaging with families are essential for success in this position.
