Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join the team at Butlers Mews Care Home. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing high-quality personal care to residents, assisting with personal hygiene, and recognizing clinical risk areas while ensuring residents' dignity and independence. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the care team to maintain continuity of services and will be expected to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to various responsibilities as needed.
