The Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (SPWP) at Rethink Mental Illness will lead mental health service delivery within the integrated team at HMP Millsike, focusing on providing low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions for inmates with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. The role includes managing referrals, conducting assessments, providing individual and group guided self-help, and ensuring adherence to IAPT guidelines. The SPWP will also supervise clinical staff, maintain high standards of service delivery, and collaborate with various agencies to ensure ongoing care post-release.

Candidates must be accredited PWPs with relevant qualifications and experience in delivering low-intensity interventions and working within a stepped-care model. Strong communication skills and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
